Terms of Service

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing access granted to your organization. Do not use another person’s account without permission.

Use the service lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not submit content you lack the right to process, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, distribute malware, or use the service to harm others. You remain responsible for prompts, uploads, and the way you use generated results, including checking them for accuracy and rights clearance.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Sine Cloud and its service providers permission to process it only as needed to operate and deliver the requested service. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for important decisions without human review.

Prices and applicable credit charges are shown before purchase or use. Credits belong to the purchasing organization and are used for eligible services; they are not cash or transferable currency. A payment return page alone does not confirm that an order has been paid or credits granted. Review the recorded order and balance for their confirmed status.

Services and model providers may change or experience interruptions. We may suspend access to protect security, comply with law, or address misuse. Where permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that AI results will be accurate.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion in account settings, subject to outstanding organization resources and billing obligations. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above identifies this version. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
